About this tool
The zip code and school lookups use the same rural definition as the rest of the dashboard — the HRSA Federal Office of Rural Health Policy (FORHP) definition, which identifies rural census tracts. A zip code is classified as rural if its geographic center falls within a rural tract — the same tracts shaded on the map.
